Introduction and Rent Collection

  • Current market appraisal and market advice

  • Sourcing of quality tenants and negotiating the tenancy

  • Arranging inventory and schedule of condition
  • Registering deposit monies with approved scheme*
  • Collection of rental amount on a monthly basis
  • Advise on non-resident tax status & HMRC (if relevant)
  • Pursue non-payment of rent
  • Tenancy renewal and rent review negotiations

12% including VAT (10% + VAT) 

For example on a 12 month letting of a property on our Introduction and Rent Collection Service at a rental amount of £2000 per calendar month the fee would be £2,880 inc VAT (£2,400 + VAT) which would equate to a deduction of £240 inc VAT (£200+VAT) per month. 

*Subject to a Tenancy Administration Fee

Full Management

All of the services listed in Introduction and Rent Collection and the following:

  • Dedicated property partner
  • Routine maintenance using approved and vetted contractors
  • Scheduling compliant safety checks (e.g. Gas Safety Certificate)
  • Utility Management
  • Property inspection reports
  • Security deposit negotiations
  • Regular compliance checks and advice

18% Including VAT (15% + VAT) 

For example on a 12 month letting of a property on our Full Management Service at a rental amount of £2000 per calendar month the fee would be £4,320 inc VAT (£3,600 + VAT) which would equate to a deduction of £360.00 inc VAT (£300 + VAT) per month.

Legal Proceedings and Court Attendance

£360 inc VAT (£300 + VAT) per day
